Best time to find fruit picking work in Albany

Albany only really grows grapes, olives and strawberries. Work in the olive groves is limited, but with a little luck you can find some work during May to August.

Grapes generally have a better season, with picking work to be found during June to September and during February to April when they do the pruning to vine tying.

Strawberries have a good season, with a lot of work to be found from November to February, and depending on the season the work can extend right through to May.
