Best time to find harvest work in Dirranbandi

In terms of harvest work, Dirranbandi is only really known for its cotton fields.

It is unlikely you will find any fruit picking work in the area, although you may find other types of farm related work available throughout the entire year. Wool production is also popular in the area, so you might find some work in a shearing shed.

The cotton season basically only lasts 3 months, with a little work to be found in March, and the bulk of the cotton picking and ginning occurring in April and May.

For the rest of the year you are highly unlikely to find any other harvest work. You should not go to the area during these months and expect to find work.
